Job Description
The main duties within the team is Assessment of children and their families when a safeguarding concern has been shared. The candidate will be expected to complete Child and Family Assessments, working with partner agencies and making enquires/ working with families to ensure children are being cared for safely. The candidate will have experience of managing children within CIN and CP framework as well as experience in managing private and public law proceedings.
The team operate on a three weekly duty system with one week being on duty and allocated new cases and two being off duty. On duty weeks there is an expectation workers are office based.
