Job Description
Senior Social Worker -Support the Manager to provide an intensive, high quality access team as a front door for services for families across the continuum of need. The post holder will manage risk and make key decisions about the threshold of need for children, young people and vulnerable adults. Support the team manager, social workers, early support officers, i-ART officers and staff from a range of different disciplines. Applicants must be able to evidence experience of managing staff, through supervision and day to day support.
